Permissible Fruits List (For Ketosis)

Olives – 1g net carbs per 25 olives

Avocado – 4g net carbs per avocado

Tomatoes – 2.5g net carbs per small tomato

Starfruit – 7g net carbs per starfruit (on the edge of too much sugar to be optimal)

Lemon Juice – 1g net carbs per 1 tbsp

Lime Juice – 1g net carbs per 1 tbsp


We typically don't want to exceed 20g of net carbs daily.

An avocado and some lime juice can be a great supplement to a meal, but meat, eggs, and some butter should always be the main course.
